RETURN POLICY
PRODUCT WARRANTY
1. The product has never been used, is not dented, scratched or broken due to During your usage, exchange products of equal price or products of higher price will apply.
2. For service provided by Sino Peace Strategy Limited. No return or refund will be aviliable if once the service is delivered.
POLICY 1 FOR 1 WITHIN 30 DAYS
1. STEPS TO EXCHANGE PRODUCTS
– Check the exchange and warranty conditions above
– Submit at Contact Us page of the Website to confirm
– Pack the product as before
– Receive a new product and compensate for the difference (if any)
2. CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGING PRODUCTS
Customers will be able to exchange goods at sinopeace.com in the following cases:
- When sinopeace.com delivers the wrong color, size, wrong product or the product has an error due to the manufacturer's side
– The product still has the Warranty Card intact, not dirty or scratched
– The exchange service only applies to the same product but in a different color or size
– You can exchange products of equal value, or compensate the difference if you want to exchange for higher value products.
– Please keep the Warranty Card to facilitate product exchange. Note: sinopeace.com only accepts exchanges for other products of equal price or products with a higher price than the product the customer purchased. For products purchased, please do not return them. Except for the exchange cases mentioned above, sinopeace.com does not accept other cases.
3. PRODUCT RETURN TIME
Register to exchange goods within 7 days of receiving the product (including Saturdays and Sundays)
4. PROCESSING TIME
After receiving the product, sinopeace.com will check and exchange the product within 7 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). If you need warranty, please submit it thru Contact Us page of the Website.
